Business Development Analyst

• As a key member of the Aftermarket Tooling Business Development team, this position will support the creation of data driven analytic processes and enabling proactive go to market strategies focused on beverage packaging opportunities.
• The ideal candidate possesses, both data analytic and financial modelling skills, combined with business acumen.
• This position will leverage that expertise to help create plans and define targets for revenue growth for the Aftermarket PET segment working in close collaboration with the Aftermarket Business Advisory teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Sales Operating Plans for each sales person and ServiceSource with detailed quarterly, monthly and weekly activities to exceed the sales target
• Incorporate into each plan sales leads generated through a systematic approach
• Use a gap-to-potential model to identify customers whose market share is low and/or declining to feed the Sales Operating Plan pipeline and facilitate management weekly meetings
• Build and use predictive models to determine what to sell to each customer, and when to sell it
• Support PET Tooling Business Development team with data segmentation, market research and competitive intelligence and product business case validation.
• Support the Business Advisor team with periodic review of progress towards targets through dashboard updates

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in data analysis
• Strong Power BI Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Capability to build reports across multiple data universe
• Experience in applying data modelling principles and connecting data from multiple, different sources & formats to create powerful reporting capabilities, capability to build reports across multiple data universe
• Excellent analytical capability, including financial analysis experience and ability to conduct statistical calculations for modeling simulation and data analysis
• Excellent at preparing and delivering highly professional presentations
• Highly creative, innovative and business minded
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
• Product development or product management experience, project management, organization and time management skills .
