Manager - Strategy & Operations
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our team during an exciting phase of rapid growth.
- The selected individual will work closely with senior leadership in India and the US to drive key initiatives, manage projects, and support strategic planning and implementation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans that align with the company's vision and goals to achieve business objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and promote effective communication across teams.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Innovation and Improvement: Encourage a culture of innovation, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance processes.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to senior leadership, including financial planning and budgeting aligned with strategic objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and solve complex problems. Proficiency in tools like R, SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus.
- Proactive and Innovative Mindset: Self-starter with a curious and innovative approach to improving processes and driving growth.
- Critical Thinking: Strong ability to evaluate situations, make informed decisions, and organize tasks with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Experience in process redesign methodologies such as Agile and Six Sigma is a bonus.
