Job Description

Job Title: Head of Marketing - Ayurvedic Segment

Company: Leading FMCG in Health and Wellness (Ayurvedic)

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the Ayurvedic segment for a leading FMCG company in the Health and Wellness industry. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving the brand's growth, market presence, and consumer engagement through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Ayurvedic market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

- Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy for the Ayurvedic product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.

- Define and manage the brand's positioning, differentiation, and growth trajectory in the competitive health and wellness industry.

Marketing Leadership:

- Drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share growth for the Ayurvedic product range.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Consumer Insights and Market Research:

- Lead the collection and analysis of consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

- Leverage data-driven insights to shape product development, brand messaging, and media strategies.

Product Innovation & Development:

- Collaborate with R&D to identify new product opportunities in the Ayurvedic space based on consumer needs, emerging trends, and market gaps.

- Ensure the successful launch of new products by working closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams.

Digital and Integrated Marketing:

- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand vision and engages consumers across all touchpoints.

- Utilize digital platforms and social media channels to strengthen brand visibility and drive consumer interaction.

P&L Management:

- Manage the marketing budget for the Ayurvedic segment and ensure optimal allocation of resources to deliver measurable ROI.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, agencies, and partners.

- Represent the Ayurvedic segment in leadership meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience:


- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or health and wellness industry, preferably with a focus on Ayurvedic products.

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


- MBA is a plus.
