Engineering Manager - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (9-17 yrs)

Job Description :

- 2+ years of experience managing small team of ML/AI engineers

- Track record of delivering and productionizing end-to-end Big-data science projects at enterprise scale

- Ability to efficiently write Big-Data pre-processing and ETL pipelines with consistency, veracity, and reproducibility

- Experienced in Big Data Science projects (Churn Modeling, Risk Modeling, Up-sell/Cross sell Propensity, Market-Basket Analysis, Fraud Detection, Predictive/Econometric Modeling, Recommender systems, Next Best Action Modeling, Time Series analysis and Forecasting, Anomaly detection, Segmentation, Campaign planning)

- Expert knowledge of statistical modelling (like GLMs, Time series analysis, Hypothesis testing, Clustering, Bayesian modelling, Causal modeling, Design of experiments)

- Good exposure to classical ML concepts and algorithms (XGBOOST, Random forests, SVM, Bagging, Boosting, Kernel methods etc.)

- Expert knowledge of Python/SQL and working knowledge BigData frameworks such as PySpark (MLlib)/HIVE/HADOOP

- Good computer science fundaments in data structures, algorithms, automated testing, object-oriented programming, performance complexity, and implications of computer architecture on software performance.
