Key Responsibilities
- Develops and communicates a clear product vision and strategy for the product domain, aligned with the overarching product strategy and OKRs.
- Identifies growth opportunities and drives the evolution of the product roadmap to maintain competitiveness within the industry.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives and departmental OKRs.
- Leads a high-performing team of product professionals, guiding them in discovery, prioritization and execution of product initiatives.
- Provides development, coaching, setting objectives and goals, and managing performance to ensure the team is motivated and productive.
- Serves as a product evangelist shifting our organisation's product maturity; including, ways of working, mindset and capability.
Specialist skills and experience
Essential:
- A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market, across multiple squads. 7+ years' experience of developing consumer products and experience
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, user segmentation, very good knowledge of loyalty and rewards programs, customer engagement strategies, personalised marketing, and the ability to leverage CRM systems to drive retention.
- Extensive experience building and leading product teams
- Demonstrable experience developing product strategy & vision, and adept at prioritizing roadmaps across multiple teams and customers
- In depth understanding of experimentation / testing
- Highly experienced in stakeholder management and collaboration
- Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies
