Job Description

Company is looking for a driven Sr Enterprise Sales Manager to represent our brand in Mumbai largely selling to the Banking, Insurance and Financial Services industry. A Day in your Life:

- Become a Company expert- combine your knowledge and understanding of the customer's business to value sell with creative, tailored and business contextual pitches/presentation.

- Evangelize Company over all kinds of channels and media with partners, incubators, accelerators and customers.

- Own and close complex sales cycles, involving several stakeholders and intra organizational teams.

- Create and nurture a strong qualified pipeline and accurately forecast and manage your pipeline, sales activity and revenue attainment.

- Work with the business development and marketing team to reach out to targeted potential customers.

- Collaborate with pre-sales to respond to RFI/RFP and business solution along with basic tech feasibility.

- Voice of Prospect - update product leaders on key gaps against client asks and influencing roadmap planning.

What you would have done:

- 8 - 13 years of experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions to Banks, Insurance and Finance Services companies with deal sizes of USD500k to 1Million+.

- Demonstrable consistent track record of exceeding quota achievement.

- SaaS Software Product Selling experience and understanding of SaaS Sales cycle.

- Computer Science education background and Business degree is highly desirable (but not mandatory).

- Relationship building capabilities with Senior Stakeholders/Sponsors/Key decision makers/influencers and an existing roller desk of such connections in your assigned territory.

- A self-starter mentality; constantly ahead of the curve.

- Well plugged in the Global technology space, tech savy, and a team player.

- An outstanding negotiator with strong interpersonal, presentation and solution selling skills.

- Strong technical aptitude, a proficiency with CRM tools and a passion for discovering new tools to aid sales performance and productivity.

The expectations from an Ideal Candidate for this role:

- Insurance Industry experience is a must, additionally, if he/she has a broader BFSI background that's an added advantage.

- Experience of successfully having sold CRM, Sales Force Automation, Lead Management, MarkTech kind of solutions to the BFSI Sector in India.

- Self starter and self motivated (working alone with remote oversight).
