Job Description:
- Looking for HRBP to work with Engg teams in payments org. This role will work with stakeholders from the Engg org and will be working on central projects also that would require 20% of their bandwidth.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Looking at hiring a smart, high energy problem solver. Someone who can galvanize different stakeholders to solve the priorities and challenges of these teams in Bangalore.
- Hire expected to work on projects beyond core HRBP responsibilities. They will be leveraged to work on projects outside their core HRBP responsibilities.
- Working closely with Functional and Sub-Functional Heads to enable business outcomes from an HR Standpoint.
- Identification of Opportunities of HR Interventions , Post identification aligning business to work together and drive them for successful outcomes.
- Drive the Agenda of 3P`s - Policy , Process and Practices in alignment with Business with the mindset of improving efficiency.
- Analyzing past attrition trends and preparing retention strategies for respective units, functions and departments. Identify high potential employees and work with their managers to develop career plans and provide them the right opportunities.
- Partner to develop a performance management system that aligns individual performance objectives with organizational strategic goals. Partner to create a timeline for the execution of performance management evaluations. Coach managers on how to set goals and expectations with employees.
- Responsible for timely and quality completion of reviews with follow-ups and ensuring effective communication between manager and employee.
- Helping Business Find Culture Fit Candidates. Coaching, Guiding Interviewers, Stakeholders for alignment.
- Tracking and Publishing Weekly Reporters - Attrition , Emp Connect , Emp Grievance.
- Regular Pulse Check of Employees through Connects. Be on the ground with employees to understand their pain points and areas of improvement.
- To own various change management and organization effectiveness projects relevant to respective BU.
- Work on people ops projects like Perf Management, eNPS survey etc as part of their over and above responsibilities.
- Independently own employee experience & engagement charter, work with business teams to organize relevant events.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- MBA in HR Preferred from a Tier 1.
- 4-6 years of proven HRBP experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior Tech HRBP experience would be essential.
