We are looking for Oracle HCM Lead for leading chain of hospitals. Organization is 6 days working.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining HR applications including but not limited to Oracle HCM Cloud, Kronos etc
- Responsible for driving adoption, data clean-up, business process re-engineering initiatives
- Responsible for designing new features/functionalities and implementing those
- Responsible for healthy operation of HR system by fixing recurring issues,training stakeholders, documenting processes etc
- Responsible for managing support vendors and internal HRIT team
- Responsible for maintaining SLA, ticket backlog, Knowledge repository
- Brainstorm issues and provide solutions
- Recommend improvements and implement those
- Design and build new Automations, Integrations, Reports and Dashboards
Qualification :
- 6-12 years of total experience in HR system Implementation, Support and Maintenance. Out of which min 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM
- Sound skills in at least 4 functions out of Recruitment, Core HR, Talent Mgmt, Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time and Payroll
- Should have experience in implementing HR application
- Should have experience in working on renowned ITSM applications
- Should have good understanding end to end employee life-cycle flow
- Should be well versed with Security and development tools
- Exposure to other HCM applications like Successfactor, Workday, PeopleStrong will be an added advantage
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
- Experience working with HRIT department as a manager will be an added advantage
