Job Description: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in bulk hiring within the hospitality sector and strong connections within the industry.
The Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes and also assist in general HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bulk Hiring: Manage and execute large-scale recruitment efforts for various positions across the organization.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Networking: Utilize industry connections and build new relationships to source top talent.
- General HR Support: Assist with generalist HR tasks such as employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice to attract high-quality candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring for multiple roles.
- Strong network and connections within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience with HR generalist tasks is a plus.
Preferred:.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
