We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our caf in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing caf or restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily caf operations, including inventory, staff management, and sales.

- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any customer concerns.

- Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure timely restocking.

- Supervise and train staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.

- Monitor sales and implement strategies to boost revenue.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

- Handle cash management and reporting.

Requirements :
