Marketing Head - Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (15-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for the API division.

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to achieve revenue targets.

- Collaborate with the MD and senior leadership to align marketing strategies with overall organizational goals.

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct detailed market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing strategies

Business Development & Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.

- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence.

Product Management:

- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market demand.

- Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product presentations for APIs.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the MD on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
