This role is specifically for a Revenue Cycle Management Company. Prior experience in a similar industry is advantageous.
Preference will be given to candidates from listed companies who have worked on IPOs in Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws.
2. Corporate Governance : Advise the board of directors on corporate governance best practices.
3. Board & Shareholder Meetings : Organize and manage board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
4. Statutory Filings : File necessary returns, forms, and documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies.
5. Liaison & Coordination : Act as a key point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and external auditors.
6. Secretarial Records & Documentation : Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure proper documentation of company policies, resolutions, and decisions.
7. Legal & Compliance Advisory : Provide legal and compliance advice related to corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
8. Shareholder Relations : Handle matters related to shareholding, dividend distribution, and investor relations.
9. Contract Review : Assist in reviewing legal contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents.
10. Risk Management : Identify legal risks and ensure the company operates within the regulatory framework.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Experience: 6-12 years of relevant experience in a corporate or consultancy firm.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and FEMA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with senior management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LLB or additional legal certifications are a plus.
- Experience in listed companies or large corporate setups is desirable.
