Company Secretary - SEZ Compliance (8-12 yrs)

JOB Role:

- Ensuring complete Statutory Compliances under the Corporate Laws of the Group Companies.

- Convening Board Meeting, Shareholders Meeting as required under Companies Act involving issuance of notices, drafting agenda, Recording and Maintaining Minutes of Company.

- Managing statutory compliance & reporting i.e. MPR, APR for STPI, SEZ and Non-STPI units - PAN India.

- Managing filing of Softex f o r STPI and SEZ units and related compliance.

- Managing Trade compliance - settlement of EDPMS outstanding transactions with AD banks and DGFT.

- Managing Imports & Customs clearance of duty-free capital goods / Inter unit transfer/ De-bonding of capital goods for STPI and SEZ units.

- Dealing with Foreign suppliers, shipping line agencies, freight forwarders and Customs House Agents (CHA) for customs clearance of shipments.
