Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee factory HR operations, including personnel management, training & development, and staff welfare.
  
• Handle payroll processing, ESI administration, and time office activities.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of labour welfare initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Provide administrative support for HR administration tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance appraisal.
