Assistant Manager - Logistics and Supply Chain (Fashion retail only)

- We are currently hiring an assistant manager to handle logistics and supply chain for a globally well-known fast fashion.

- Brand portion is based in Gurgaon and we are only looking for candidates from either apparel, fashion background or other related categories, light footwear, personal care or accessories categories from the retail industry only, is portion requires someone with excellent communication skills along with good personality to work in a fast fashion brand .

- Age must be necessarily below 30.. please do not apply if your age is above 32.

Position Description:

- Logistics team is looking for Future Logistics Manager Candidate for our Retail and Ecommerce businesses.

- He/She will start his/her career supporting the logistics function.

- The role would include daily interactions with external third party logistics partners such as forwarding, warehousing and transportation partners and internal counterparties such as sales operations, inventory allocation, merchandizing functions and also global headquarters

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-ordination with the CHA for timely filing of BOE & shipmemt clearance.

- Managing and Draft replies or all queries raised by customs.

- Keeping daily track of shipments and supervise duty payments

- Implementation of best Practices to streamline the import/Export process

- Co-ordination with Production team/Factories and Global Headquaters

- Keep track on changing laws with respect to relevant imported products

- Visit ICD and Laison with customs when ever required

- Monthly Bill clearance activity and submission of data to Finance

- Support warehousing and distribution function
