Job Description

1. Payroll Processing of All Unit

2. Sent to salary sheet in account department.

3. Increment and Designation updating in the HRMS as and when required.

4. Creating HRMS Reports from time to time as and when required from the Management.

5. Laisoning with various govt. departments for compliance issues when needed

6. Resolving the Software Issue.

7. Handling salary ESIC, PF related grievances received form sites and Portal

8. Monthly filing of Provident Fund/ ESIC Challan and Uploading in HRMS.

9. All Issues related to PF & ESIC


Note : Experience in Shramik Kalyan Portal is Must
