Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with expertise in Supplier Management, Indirect Procurement, and Travel Expense Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes, configuring Ariba solutions, and integrating with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP Ariba solutions for Supplier Management, Indirect Procurement, and Travel Expense Management.
• Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and lifecycle management within Ariba.
• Configure Indirect Procurement processes, ensuring seamless purchasing and cost optimization.
• Work on Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions, streamlining policies and automation within the SAP Ariba ecosystem.
• Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other ERP systems for smooth data flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement operations and optimize spend management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting for SAP Ariba solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Ariba, focusing on Supplier Management, Indirect Procurement, and Travel Expense Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration with Ariba.
• Hands-on experience in procurement workflows, supplier collaboration, and expense automation.
• Knowledge of contract management, sourcing, and compliance in procurement processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate with relevant SAP Ariba experience.
