Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba API Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Indirect Procurement, Spend Management, Catalog Management, and Spot Buying. The candidate should also possess a deep understanding of SAP Ariba Spend Management Solutions, SAP ECC, or S/4 HANA architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP Ariba Spend Management Solutions with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, or non-SAP ERP systems.
• Activate and configure Ariba Procurement functionalities, including Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes, workflow approvals, and integration of master and transactional data.
• Manage Ariba API integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between Ariba and other enterprise applications.
• Work with cloud technologies related to procurement lifecycle management.
• Configure and optimize Guided Buying, Spot Buy, Ariba Commerce Automation, and Catalog Management.
• Handle exception management in transactional flows for buying processes.
• Support and enhance Analytical Reporting in Ariba for spend analysis and procurement insights.
• Lead P2P (Procure-to-Pay) implementations in a global organization, collaborating with customers in diverse cultural environments.
• Build and scale teams from inception, supporting project growth and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Ariba, with expertise in Indirect Procurement, Spend Management, and Catalog Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, or other ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba API integrations and workflow automation.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud procurement solutions and exception handling in transactional flows.
• Experience in P2P implementation in a global environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate with relevant SAP Ariba experience.
