Brainbox - Project Manager - SAP Ariba (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and drive the business process implementation of SAP Ariba cloud solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP Ariba on-demand solutions, including solution design, system configuration, customization, integration, and end-user training.

- Participate in discussions with clients to provide guidance on best practices, project methodology, and implementation strategy.

- Assist customers in extracting data from their existing systems, mapping data, preparing specifications, and ensuring successful integration with SAP Ariba on-demand solutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams and customer representatives to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of issues.

- Maintain regular communication with client representatives to keep them informed on the project status, risks, and milestones.

- Proactively collaborate with internal teams to identify and address potential issues impacting solution deployment.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering successful solution deployments on time and within scope.

- Provide expertise on SAP solutions, including SAP MM, SRM, Business Network, Ariba Integration (CIG), S4, and ECC.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong experience in SAP Ariba implementations and integrations.

- In-depth understanding of business processes in general procurement, accounts payable, and invoicing.

- Hands-on experience with SAP solutions (SAP MM, SRM, Business Network, Ariba Integration (CIG), S4, ECC).

- Proven ability to drive and manage business process changes and solution deployments.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide clients on best practices and methodology.

- Experience working with client data extraction, mapping, and system integration tasks.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SAP Ariba or related SAP solutions
