Key Responsibilities:

Developing Recruitment Strategies:

• Creating and implementing effective hiring plans to attract skilled candidates.
• Partnering with leadership to understand workforce requirements and long-term hiring goals.

Sourcing Candidates:

• Utilizing job boards, social media platforms, recruitment tools, and networking events to source qualified candidates.
• Building talent pipelines for future needs.

Managing the Recruitment Process:

• Overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensuring an efficient, consistent, and positive candidate experience.

Employer Branding:

• Enhancing the companys reputation as a desirable employer through branding campaigns and marketing strategies.

Collaborating with Teams:

• Working closely with HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders to ensure the right cultural and skillset fit for roles.

Measuring Performance:

• Analyzing recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and optimizing processes.
• Reporting hiring outcomes and making improvements.

Staying Updated:

• Keeping up with industry trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Skills Required:
