Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to talent acquisition, ensuring we attract the best candidates who align with our company's culture and values.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain a candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and promote the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and activities to senior management.

Qualifications:


  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
