Job Description

Role Summary: The Recruiter position is responsible to collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. The recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job portals, and other networks. Our ideal recruiter should have work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/portals/colleges etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote the company s reputation as the best place to work Educational Qualifications & Experience Required: MBA in HR stream/ Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques Knowledge of employer branding strategies and talent acquisition marketing techniques. Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
