The primary function of the Operation Consultant is to connect with the customer to ensure documents required for visa processing are complete and error-free and handed over to the customer on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility:
Focus on completing the targeted handover with utmost care ensuring smooth visa processing.
All enquiries from the customers are to be answered by giving clear information on the visa documentation status and related activities.
Proof read the documents updated by the documentation team and ensure complete and correct information is shared with the customer
Follow up with the customer for any pending documents required as per the rules of each country
Ensure Google reviews are collected from the customers served and acknowledge their responses or feedback.
Secondary Responsibility:
Make sure that all calls/chats are acknowledged and information is passed on to the respective consultant via CRM
The consultant confirms the Visa appointment and guides the customer through the entire process
Be updated with the changing rules and regulations of Visa for all countries and always showcase learning attitude
Regularly check adherence to the visa application process and documentation requirements for all countries.
Adhere to the internal process flow and SOP while handling operations and answering queries from customers.
Conduct a thorough check of the details documented by the documentation team and share feedback with the consultants regularly.
Keep track of pending follow-ups to collect complete documents for visa approvals
Be flexible to work in shifts
Be proactive and empathetic towards customers.
Qualification and Experience:
Graduation in any stream with a 50% score.
Minimum 6 months of any work experience will be an added advantage
