Job Description
implementing and managing procurement processes. Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of various GL accounts, including bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and management.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of financial transactions, reconciliations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial information and address inquiries.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and tax returns.
- Support in preparing financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- B.Com or M.Com with CA Inter Qualified with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting (service industry).
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Power Point, and Word).
- Experience in month-end closure, reconciliations, and financial statement preparations.
- Good communication skills (both oral and verbal) and ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
