ITIL Asset and Change Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a ITIL Asset and Change Manager with minimum 6 years of professional level knowledge of ITIL Change Management process, KPI and best practice.

Requirements:

• Ability to identify and raise gaps and areas for improvement within Change Management, at pivotal points where the process connects to others for example Incident and Problem Management.
• Competence for independently pursuing and executing process improvements and governance.
• Capability to effectively and regularly communicate progress, governance, and escalations items to management.
• Talent to analyse Change Management data and translate it into meaningful explanations for leadership.
• Develop collaborative project plans for best implementation and adoption of a Service-oriented approach for Change Management.
• Driving the Change Management practice from a strategic and tactical perspective to understand requirement.
• Managing and evolving ITIL Asset and Change Management processes.
• Analyse current assessments, operational efforts and provide recommendations for improvements to all operational processes.
• Expertise in designing and developing change management best practices for the organization, including managing Change Advisory Board meetings.
• Experience in drive steady state and continuous improvement in the ITSM operations support of the organization.
• Participate in other related valued discussion to understand requirements and ITSM operations management.
• Proactively identify Change Management solutions and engage with other department stakeholders to ensure that they are comprehensive.
• Assess the change impact, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Collaborate training efforts and provide input, document requirements, support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Understanding change management assessments to identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
• Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
• Manage stakeholders and track report issues
• Define and measure success metrics as well as monitor change progress.
• Support change management at the organizational level.
• Extensive knowledge of Asset Management.
• Intense knowledge of ITAM best practises.
• Preferred Certifications such as ITIL Foundation and ITIL Intermediate.
