Key Responsibilities

Data controls

• Drive implementation of Data Controls for the Bank across Businesses / functions
• Will be responsible for running data governance forums including country data executive council
• Will be responsible for working across multiple Businesses / functions compiling red flags associated with data compliance risk for India Senior management

Literacy

• Support the India DAO Head in sharing data best practices with cluster markets
• Help develop content and training materials for basic data foundational trainings
• Participate and moderate India data enablement forums
• Cascade best practices to cluster countries.

Unlock

• Will be coordinating and participating in POCs run by DAO for data themes

Key skills sought

Technical

• Knowledge, past experience in handling data, data sets along with familiarity with data tools will be good to have
• Past background into BI / Reporting / Visualization / business analytics
• Exposure to programming languages like python, R or data tools like Alteryx as well as Qliksense will be needed.

Core competency

• Critical thinking, problem solving Eye for detail
• Business analytics, proven experience of hands on working with Data
• Ability to spot and execute improvement opportunities in data domain
• Program management, ability to influence key stakeholders
• Drive collaboration in a matrixed organisation
