Principal Responsibilities
- Onboard dealers and suppliers under banks dealer & vendor finance programs across sectors Auto, Steel, White Goods, IT & IT Peripherals, FMCG, W&C etc.
- Lead end to end responsibilities from sourcing-limit approvals-documentation-limit set up-utilization-monitoring.
- Maintain relationship with dealer promoters and team to get best possible share, terms and utilization under HSBC DF limits.
- Maintain relationship with anchor zonal / local teams and source active leads, market intelligence, feedback on dealers etc.
- Cross sell other products WC, TL, Trade, Wealth etc. Coordinate with relevant internal teams and ensure higher share of wallet.
- Contribute towards initiatives on digitization, product improvements etc.
- MBA / CA
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in dealer finance acquisition role. Higher experience a positive.
- Product & Industry knowledge.
- Relationship with local anchor officials
- Got getter approach and ability to manage excellent relationship with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
