Test Automation

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 12 years IT software testing experience with atleast 5 years IT software testing experience. Experience in test management, test execution , test automation, API , UI, Mobile App (Preferred) , NFR (Preferred) testing.
• Familiar with using popular testing tools, e. g. Selenium, Appium, Browser stack , TOSCA, xFramework, CA DevTest, CA TDM, TestNG, Rest Assure, etc.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools eg Load Runner , Jmeter
• Well understand software development and testing process, quality standard of testing deliveries and testing techniques knowledge. Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects.
• Well understand DevOps and CI/CD.
• Strong test automation skills.
• Experience in managing project with cross location teams. Capable to achieve the delivery target.
• Strong sense of ownership to the testing deliveries. Capable to spot out test efficiency improvement areas, and implement the improvement.
• Capable to upskill self & teammates test automation capability based on market trends
• Capable to ask for buy-in from senior management and business, and timely report the progress.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against different demand and target.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Enthusiastic and strong sense of commitment.
• Experience of Collections domain knowledge would be preferred
• Certified in ISEB by ISTQB, or any other software testing certificate You ll achieve more when you join HSBC
