We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Providing security and Role Based Permission administration support for HR System (including SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, ServiceNow, Taleo and other HR systems)
• Access provisioning for SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, ServiceNow, Taleo and other HR Systems
• Working on change request, including writing Functional Specification documents, design, configuration and testing of Roles
• Troubleshooting Role Based Permissions and security related issues
• Managing issues to ensure timely resolution strong time management to review current issues raised in the queue and escalating issues as needed.
• Working with different vendors to resolve access related system defects
• Ability to escalate in detail to the System Team Leader any system queries and issues that require specialist intervention.
• To understand and support the delivery of any critical initiatives that involves HR systems and related technologies.
• To proactively support the Global HR IT Function
