Principal responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist with a background in technology (B. Tech) and hands-on experience in leading BI tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc. ) is an added advantage.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Create visually compelling and interactive data visualizations that present complex data in an accessible and user-friendly format.
• Analyse large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, providing ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.
• Design and implement BI solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across all dashboards and reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, to gather requirements and develop BI solutions that meet specific business needs.
