Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience in an agency environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of opening high-value leads and closing deals, managing clients with ticket sizes of ₹5-10 lakhs and above. They should be great at outreach, client relations, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads within F&B, Hospitality, and Retail industries.
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition.
• Close high-value deals (₹5 lakhs+ ticket size) and meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to position Rare Ideas effectively.
• Represent Rare Ideas at industry events, networking meetups, and conferences to build connections.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in branding, marketing, or design agencies.
• Proven track record of handling and closing high-ticket clients (₹5 lakhs+).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and a passion for building client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of F&B, Hospitality, and Retail industries is a big plus.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and proposals simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
