Genpact Hiring for Human Resource Shared Services role, Gurgaon

Responsibilities: -

Team Supervision:

• Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship and ensuring high performance.
• Monitor and evaluate team metrics to meet defined SLAs.

Data Operations:

• Oversee data management processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex data issues in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Process Optimization:

• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation or process enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in data tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HCM tool SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements.
• Certifications in project management or data analytics.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
