Service Engineer (Lighting parts production)

Designation:- Service Engineer

Education:- Diploma/ PG Diploma in Plastic/Tooling (CIPET. IGTR,NTTF)

Experience:- 2-4 years with Tool Making / Tool Maintenance / Injection moulding Process &
Mold Try-outs with troubleshooting

Job Location:- Delhi NCR

Must have:- Driver's license and Two Wheeler

• Note:- Candidates from automobile plastic production, interior - exterior and lighting parts production, will be most preferable.

Job Description:-

• Perform service activities like rework, modifications, repairs and installation of hot runner systems, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
• Provide technical support and training at customer site on how to use and maintain the system.
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Explain issues with HRS systems and repairs to customers
• Establish and develop a strong working relationship with customer. You will represent our company in the field.
• Comply with all safety procedures and policies established
• Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through verbal and written communication
• Project a positive and confident attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Able to conduct formal meetings with customer management personal
