Engineer - Tool Making

   Design, build, and repair injection Molds based on technical drawings and CAD designs.
•        Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mold performance, quality, and safety.
•        Modify existing Molds to improve efficiency and adapt to changes in production requirements.
•        Work closely with production and engineering teams to optimize Mold designs for manufacturability.
•        Ensure Molds meet high-quality standards and specifications.
•        Maintain detailed records of Mold maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
•        To carefully study the drawing AND carry out Processing and manufacturing of Moulds Parts
•        To Interact with all departments to Process review
•        To carry out Bench Work and make assembly of Moulds
•        To Ensure all parts which are assembled in the Mould according BOM
•        To make Dimension review and ensure correct dimensions as required
•        To involve in proper planning of the sequence of process
•        Interacting with other department for completion of Moulds parts like, core, cavity, etc.
•        Attending Mould trials/pilot run at in-house and subcontractor location Maintaining of all related records for Work Orders
•        To work in the manner of ensuring zero defect product
•        To be keen in continuous improvement i.e., reduce cycle time of manufacturing / assembling, improve efficiency, productivity etc.,
•        To follow safe work practices, procedures and instructions
