Education:- Diploma in Plastic mould Technology/ Tool & Die Making / PGDMT / PDPMT

(CIPET, IGTR, NTTF, GTTC, MSME, CITD)

Experience:- 0-1 years experience in Mould Design /Tool Room

• Design Hot Runner Accessories & Systems
• viewing and understanding customers mould data;
• interacting with customers to design the system;
• designing 3D + 2D system;
• sending project files respecting customer time limit;
• handling possible changes requested by customers;
• scheduling system in production;
• interacting with production during construction of the system;

• Injection Moulding Machine basic knowledge how it works
• Mould construction and Basic Mould design
• Plastic Engineering
• Manufacturing Process
• Geometrical Dimensions and Tolerances
• Steel materials + Heater treatment of materials

• CAD Software
• Solid Works or others

• 2D Drafting
