- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and maximize productivity.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to agents to help them excel in their roles and develop their skills.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Set ambitious sales targets for the team and monitor performance against these targets, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the product knowledge, sales skills, and professionalism of agents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold the company's reputation.
- Monitor agents' adherence to ethical standards, sales practices, and code of conduct, taking appropriate action in case of violations.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess compliance levels and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales achievements, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
