Sales Manager

A leading life insurance company is looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead their agency sales

operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success by leading and developing

a team of Unit/Development Managers and their network of advisors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Unit/Development Managers, empowering them to build strong advisor

networks.

• Oversee smooth onboarding, engagement, and capability development programs for frontline

managers and advisors, ensuring their long-term success.

• Partner with your team in the field to provide support and guidance, maximizing their effectiveness.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement lead generation initiatives to fuel profitable

growth.

• Coach and mentor your team on life insurance products, selling techniques, and digital sales

platforms.

• Foster strong relationships with advisors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Champion compliance best practices and implement measures to prevent fraudulent activity.
• Drive agency-wide sales initiatives through effective communication and collaboration.
• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed performance targets through incentive

programs.

We're looking for someone with:

• A bachelors degree (any stream); MBA from a reputed institution is an added advantage.
• 7-12 years of experience in sales management (team handling role), preferably within the life

insurance/finance industry.

• An energetic, confident, and take-charge personality with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• A genuine passion for coaching and developing others.
• A willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
• The ability to work across locations (mobility preferred).
