Follow-Up: ○ Follow up 4. Customer Relationship Management: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. ○ Ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Market Knowledge: ○ Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings. ○ Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvement of course offerings Qualification 13 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the education or software training domain. ○ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ● Skills: ○ Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
