Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with banking partners to identify and leverage opportunities for customer acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling of life insurance products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banking partners, customers, business associates, and regulatory authorities, to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with banking partners
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, competitor activities, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to help financial service consultants overcome challenges, develop their potential, and achieve their career goals

We're looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Sound knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
