Role & responsibilities

To source quality profiles as per business requirements within the agreed timelines

To manage sourcing mix (vendors, referrals and direct) for managing cost and mitigating dependency risks

To manage the recruitment funnel for required turnaround on selection process

To adhere to the hiring process with minimum exceptions

To maximize the candidate's experience through the hiring process 

To keep business leaders and HR team updated on hiring status

To maintain manning percentage

Experience of Recruitment in Insurance or BFSI sector
