Role Description:

- This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based on-site in Indore at Xtrim Global Solutions.

- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR operations and Payroll.

- They will ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, and contribute to a positive work culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Implement accessible guidance and support to enhance experiences for recruiting managers and candidates.

- Liaise with HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure timely processing of new employee information, leavers, and contractual changes.

- Develop processes and policies for cross-functional performance benchmarking.

- Lead and develop the HR Operations team, monitoring performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and relevant legislation.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years work experience in BPO Industry.

- Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
