HR Manager - Pay Roll

We seek an experienced , detail-oriented HR Manager to take care of the pay roll process, guide and lead from the front the complete cycle of compensation benefit and legal compliances.

Interested candidates can directly walk in with all your credentials on all working days Monday - Saturday between 10 AM to 4.30 PM

Immediate joiners with SAP exerience will be given preference.

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, complinace and timely payments

• Colloborate with various departments to gather and validate payroll information

• Resolve payroll discrepancies on time

• Prepare pay roll reprots

• Maintain acurate employees records, attenance, leaves and ensure onboarding exercises completed and legal compliances are in place

• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all pay roll related information

• Work closely with the Head HR and ensure that all his instructions carried out without any deviations

Requirements:

• M.,B.A is preferrable

• Minimum 10 years experience in managing pay roll in multi verticals environment with 1000+ employees is mandatory

• Proficient with advanced excel, with strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Cross functional collaborator and efficient communicator

• Highly organised, accurate and detail oriented

• Prioritizes and maintains composure to meet deadlines

• High energy, humble team player, leader, and must possess get-it-done attitude

• Familiar and hands on experience in SAP

• Proficiency in multiple languages, with Hindi as a requirement.

• Proven leadership skills with extensive team management experience.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a results-oriented mindset.
