Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet staffing requirements across branches.
Collaborate with branch managers to forecast and fulfill manpower needs.
Conduct recruitment drives, interviews, and onboarding programs.
Employee Relations and Policy Implementation
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Ensure consistent HR practices across all branches.
Performance Management and Training
Oversee performance appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Payroll and Compliance
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Branch Coordination
Act as a point of contact for branch HR teams, ensuring seamless communication.
Visit branches regularly to ensure alignment of HR strategies and policies.
Support branch operations with staffing, administrative, and HR-related needs.
Separation and Exit Management
Handle employee exits, including terminations and retirements, with professionalism.
Ensure compliance with exit policies and manage full and final settlements.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: MBA/PG in HR Management or equivalent.
Experience: 8 to 12 years in HR management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience in bulk hiring, payroll management, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple branches as required.
Leadership and team management skills.
High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
