- The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies tailored to the non-IT sector.
- This role involves collaborating closely with department heads, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, leading a recruitment team, and fostering diversity and inclusion within the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the non-IT landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent requirements, develop job profiles, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and partnerships with universities.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the organization's employer brand by promoting it as a desirable workplace through events, social media, and strategic partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the recruiting team by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, and coaching to drive high performance.
- Data Management & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, forecast hiring needs, and report progress to senior management using data-driven insights.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement hiring practices and strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusivity within the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-IT sectors
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms, as well as data analytics for reporting
