With some of the most reputed industrialists & celebrities as clients - this company is rapidly growing & looking for a competent Client Relationship Manager who will help build strong relationships with their luxury industry target audiences.

Designation: Client Relationship Manager

Office Location: Kanjurmarg (East), Mumbai (near Powai)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (6 day work week) If there are client visits on Sunday - employees get comp offs in the week.

Experience Required: 4 to 7 years of experience in client relations, preferably in the luxury lifestyle/construction materials/real estate industries.

Knowledge & inclination of working with HNI's is crucial.

Candidate Location: Mumbai candidates only

Role Summary:

- Our client company is looking to hire a polished, experienced, high on personal impact Client Relationship Manager for our client's luxury construction materials company, who excels in managing high-end clientele and providing a stellar client experience.

- The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 7 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail / real estate / luxury construction materials industries - demonstrating exceptional relationship management skills, and an ability to engage HNI clients.

- They will be responsible for handling inbound client queries, scheduling appointments, maintaining client data, and providing support for initial client interactions.

- The candidate will also act as a bridge between clients and internal sales teams, ensuring that every interaction is handled professionally and that client needs are addressed proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attending to all client phone call inquiries received from newspaper inserts, references, newspaper ads, or marketing activities.

- Validation of client information as per our criteria and recording of the same in internal databases.

- Fixing appointments for clients for the experience centre visits and greeting them upon arrival.

- Acting as the intermediary between clients and the Sales team for initial requirements.

- Scheduling and coordinating meetings post the initial conversation.

- Giving a tour of the experience center, if needed.

- Following up with the client and rescheduling visits, if required, while keeping internal teams updated.

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all meetings and visits.

What Skills Are We Looking For?

- Preferably a Master's/Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years' experience in client relations.

- Proven record in handling HNI clients in the luxury sector for 2-3 years.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Passion and dedication towards client servicing.

- Must be a good listener and pay attention to detail.

Skills Needed:

- Prior experience in dealing with HNI clients.

- Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication.

- Basic know-how of any ERP system.
