- To drive the Talent Acquisition In Unit initiatives of the Company across all businesses in line with the defined policy and processes.
- To attract the best talent and act as a partner with business to effectively and efficiently implement the recruitment strategies that results in a high calibre workforce in the organisation.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition lead to focus on attracting, recruiting, and onboarding blue-collar talent for our various hospitality venues.
- This role is crucial in ensuring we have the right staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of the blue-collar workforce, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for blue-collar hospitality positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- This includes roles such as kitchen staff (cooks, dishwashers), housekeeping, maintenance, and other support roles.
Sourcing Strategies:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, community outreach programs, partnerships with vocational schools, and employee referrals.
- Focus on innovative and targeted sourcing to reach the right candidates.
