Hr Executive And Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Manage employee engagement initiatives to boost workplace culture.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management and training programs.
Maintain HR records, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR operations.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, etc.).
Experience in handling HRMS software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
