Job Description HR Compliance

IRDAI Compliance Data Management:

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance reports and data as required by the IRDAI.
• Maintain up-to-date records related to regulatory compliance and manage databases.
• Monitor and track compliance documentation, including licenses, training, and certifications, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
• Assist in internal audits related to IRDAI compliance and help prepare necessary documentation and reports.

People Management & Employee Relations:

• Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster positive relationships.
• Coordinate and manage employee training and development related to compliance, IRDAI, and other relevant topics.

Communication & Coordination:

• Communicate regulatory updates and ensure teams are informed of changes to compliance standards or HR policies.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Legal, Operations) to ensure compliance-related activities are properly managed and reported.
• Create clear and concise communication materials for employees regarding compliance requirements and training.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or training sessions on compliance or HR-related matters.

Desired Skills and Experience-

• Excellent communication/people management skills
• Good Knowledge of MS Office like MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
