Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Formulating Job descriptions and models for positions across PAN India operations.

● Source suitable candidates based on job requirements and critical attributes, ensuring the timely delivery of quality resumes

● Attracting suitable candidates through online job boards, social media, etc.

● Optimize the utilization of talent sourcing portals and referrals to maintain a data bank/talent pool for future requirements.

● Assist in the end-to-end process of recruitment for positions across different levels

● Facilitate the entire recruitment process by scheduling interviews, verifying offer details, issuing offers, conducting follow-ups, managing the offers database, and communicating rejection notifications through emails.

● Conduct salary negotiations and discussions; interpret industry benchmarks and internal parity for offer management with appropriate approvals

● Establish and manage talent pipelines for present and future job opportunities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to pinpoint staffing requirements.

Requirements:

● 1- 5years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle

● Able to manage a team

● Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding

● Ability to execute a recruitment strategy- Ability to keep a high bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes

● Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making

● Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

● Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards
