Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations and contribute to various HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in conducting in-person interviews
Manage employee onboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist with benefits-related inquiries
Assist in organizing employee training sessions and development programs
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
